Love Island Romania
This was my 3rd season but the first one produced outside my domestic market. My role was to lead the project from the very scratch to the final delivery. This was an amazing experience due to the fact I could use all of my learning from previous seasons and give it to completely different team.
The biggest challenge was to bring to Romania an absolutely different approach for reality shows, also to primarily produce for VOYO and this platform never saw such a storytelling and approach before.
You would maybe suspect that the language barrier and different backgrounds would be challenging but opposite is true! We found ourself an amazing team and progressed with one of the most complicated projects very smoothly. I was very glad that the team wanted to learn new things and on contrary learn me a lot of Romanian language :)
